Ascent Carpentry is a Sydney based carpentry company specialising in structural timber framing for luxury residential homes. We're a tight-knit, professional team that takes pride in the quality of our work, and we're growing.

The Role

We're looking for a trade-qualified Carpenter to join our framing team full time. You'll be working on premium new builds across Sydney alongside experienced tradespeople, on architecturally designed homes where precision and craftsmanship matter.

Key Responsibilities

- Structural timber framing on luxury residential new builds
- Reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings
- Working to tight tolerances and high finish standards
- Collaborating with team members and site supervisors
- Maintaining a safe, organised work environment
- Mentoring apprentices where required





What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in structural framing, residential preferred
- Strong knowledge of timber framing methods and Australian building codes
- Ability to read and work confidently from plans
- White Card (General Construction Induction)
- Valid driver's licence
- Reliable, punctual and a genuine team player
