Stratum Civil is currently seeking an experienced civil Leading Hand to join our civil contractingteam in Mackay. Candidates must have previous residential development construction experience and have the ability to manage multiple subcontractors whilst upholding quality and safety onsite.Projects include bulk earthworks, stormwater, water, sewer infrastructure and roadworks for residential, industrial and commercial projects.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Delivering projects on time and within budget
- Effective programming of daily site activites
- Communication with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Managment of employees, plant, and equipment.
- Leadership and managment skills with the ability to mentor others.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities.

Essential Skills and Attributes

- Experience in all ranges of civil projects.
- Experience in project delivery and residential developments.
