Job description - Finance Graduate

As a Finance Graduate based in Melbourne, you'll join a small, closely connected team of four within Compliance, investigating concerns raised by lender partners about broker conduct. This is a hands-on role from day one, giving you the chance to build your skills in file review, stakeholder communication, and reaching a fair, well-evidenced conclusion, all while working alongside a supportive team who are genuinely invested in your growth.

This is perfect for someone who is naturally curious, comfortable asking questions, and wants to build a long-term career in compliance and investigations.

Job responsibilities - Finance Graduate

- Reviewing and triaging concerns raised by lender partners about broker conduct
- Investigating broker files, records and applications to establish the facts
- Building relationships with the broader compliance and sales teams to understand broker history and context
- Documenting findings clearly and fairly, feeding into the monthly Legal Risk and Compliance report




- Exploring how AI tools can help the team work through investigation volume more efficiently
- Shadowing senior team members to learn the full investigation process

Job requirements - Finance Graduate

- Graduated with a degree in Finance, Law or other related discipline
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, comfortable working with lenders who value quick, clear responses
- High attention to detail and the ability to think on your feet
- Strong personal integrity and a fair, open approach to every case
- A curious, solutions-focused mindset
