Key Responsibilities

- Managedailyhoteloperationsandensuresmoothservicedelivery
- Interactprofessionallywithguestsandrespondtotheirneeds
- Coordinatestaff,suppliersandcontractors
- Communicatewithrelevantexternalauthoritieswhenrequired
- Handleoperationalchallengesandresolveissuesefficiently
- Maintainhighstandardsacrosstheproperty
- Assistwithbasicmaintenanceandtroubleshooting
- Supportcontractorsandmonitorrepairrequirements
- Takeresponsibilityforpracticalday-to-dayproblemsolving
