About the Prospect

As Community Manager at Officer Lifestyle Estate, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a vibrant land lease community, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong financial performance, and a welcoming workplace for residents and guests.

You will:

- Oversee all daily estate operations, ensuring smooth and professional service delivery
- Provide high-level customer service and manage resident enquiries, concerns and community engagement
- Manage budgets, reporting and financial controls to meet operational KPIs




- Lead and support on-site staff, contractors and service providers
- Coordinate maintenance of grounds, facilities and shared amenities to a high standard
- Develop and implement an annual community events calendar
- Support home installations, refurbishments and stakeholder coordination
- Promote and manage in-house resales of existing homes
- Liaise with Sales, Development and Operations teams to support community growth
- Be available for occasional after-hours matters or key community events
