Our client is a global equity investment manager.

They are seeking a Fund Operations Associate to support operations across the manager's funds domiciled in multiple jurisdictions, including Australia and offshore markets. This role is full-time and based in a Sydney CBD office. You will be working alongside the Fund Operations Manager and Head of Operations and Finance, playing a key role in supporting business-critical activities.

Role responsibilities include:

Fund Operations

- Unit registry oversight
- Monthly reporting to investors, consultants, platforms and research houses
- Management fee reviews and rebate administration
- Daily market monitoring and disclosures
- Wholesale certificate register updates
- Driving process and risk improvements across the fund operations functions




- Support year-end process and regulatory reporting
- Maintenance of policy and procedures
- Preparation of monthly reports for distribution to investors
- Maintenance of the website with updated fund information
- Preparing competitor analysis reports

Key skills and experience

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
- Experience in fund administration, fund accounting, or investment operations is desirable but not essential
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in working with AI tools
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in fund operations
