About the Full Time position

Are you a confident communicator with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for driving operational excellence? We’re on the lookout for a proactive and motivated Distribution Network Supervisor to join our team.

In this key role, you’ll be the vital link between IVE Distribution and our national field network — ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client marketing collateral. You’ll manage Area Representatives, lead audits, support recruitment, and champion continuous improvement across the network.

What you’ll be doing

- Administrative support monitoring and maintaining our Field network of contracted Distributors.
- Fielding calls and emails to recruit and manage distributors for our distribution network
- Liaise with couriers/transport contacts.
- Identify network growth opportunities and support contractor recruitment
- Conduct audits and provide data-driven recommendations
- Monitor performance, coach others, and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Drive improvement initiatives across the distribution network
