At Marketing Eye, we are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing, creative and digital teams to develop and deliver marketing campaigns and strategies for a diverse range of clients using our cutting-edge marketing strategy technology platform, Robotic Marketer.

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing marketing strategies, managing up to 10 clients predominantly across B2B markets, and facilitating marketing workshops. With the assistance of our marketing executives and creative directors, you will drive the implementation of marketing strategies and ensure the ongoing growth for client businesses.

As a client facing role, this position requires you to be curious as a marketer and an avid learner. Staying abreast of the latest marketing techniques and technologies is critical to excelling in this role.

Responsibilities





- Develop and analyze marketing strategies using the Robotic Marketer platform.
- Implement the strategies with the assistance of marketing executives, graphic designers and digital team members.
- Develop marketing campaigns and programs for clients.
- Meet with clients, stakeholders, government, industry associations and alliance partners.
- Plan and implement marketing events, training sessions and forums.
- Report to Marketing Managers and Senior Management about company clients.
- Ensure the ongoing growth and motivation of the business.
- Participate in client acquisition and business development marketing programs.
- Public relations and networking activities as required.
- Active participation in brainstorming sessions for client campaigns and Marketing Eye strategies.
- Make presentations to potential and existing clients.
- Create multimedia presentations and web-based work as required.
- Attend relevant client meetings and work on-site as demands arise.
- Liaise with third party suppliers companies.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in marketing post internship or alternative roles.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.

Location

This is an in-office position located in our headquarters in South Yarra.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $75,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience.
