Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations
Lead and support front-of-house team
Ensure high service standards are maintained
Assist with staff training and development
Manage customer feedback and service recovery
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in a similiar role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Availability to work evenings and weekends
