Casual | Minimum 2 Shifts Per Week | Training Provided

We are seeking a reliable, caring and qualified Support Worker to support a male NDIS participant who is non-verbal and non-mobile. Participant is a 24 year old male, although his developmental presentation is younger than his chronological age.

The role involves providing person-centred personal care and daily living support, including:
Personal care and assistance with daily activities
Protected positioning and mobility support
Companionship and meaningful engagement
Light housework and domestic duties
Supporting travel to and from activities and appointments as required
Following individual support plans and care instructions
Maintaining the participant's dignity, privacy, safety and wellbeing

Training and guidance will be provided to ensure you are familiar and confident with the individuals needs and routines.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
Caring, patient, reliable and respectful
Proficient in English, with good verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable providing personal care




Versatile and available for a minimum of 2 shifts per week
Able to work independently and follow instructions
Previous disability, aged care or personal care experience is highly regarded

Essential Requirements
Current Australian driver's licence
Own reliable vehicle
Current Police Check
Valid ABN
Proficient in English
Right to work in Australia
Availability for a minimum of 2 shifts per week
Flexibility with days and shift times
Willingness to provide personal care
