Title: Trade Waiter Occupation: Trade Waiter (ANZSCO ) Salary: $79,500.00 – 85,000.00 plus super Hours: Full time Trading Name: Middle Park European Employer: THE MEATBALL & WINE BAR PTY LTD Location: 20 Armstrong St, Middle Park VIC 3206 Experience Required: min 1 year in a relevant role Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for a temporary work visa will be considered for eligible candidates. Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include

- Prepare and set tables to ensure a welcoming and organised dining environment
- Greet guests warmly, present menus and beverage lists, and provide recommendations as needed




- Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Open and serve wine and other beverages by service standards
- Clear tables, return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen, and maintain overall cleanliness of the dining area
- Remove empty bottles and used glassware from tables; refill or replace as needed
- Process customer payments using POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide wine pairing recommendations and assist guests in making informed choices
