Task & Responsibilities

- Analyse existing business processes, procedures and work practices to identify operational requirements and opportunities for improvement.
- Consult with users and key stakeholders to gather, clarify and document business and system requirements.
- Develop detailed functional specifications to guide system developers in designing and implementing suitable solutions.
- Apply data and process modelling techniques to prepare clear system specifications for software design and development.
- Assess process inefficiencies and recommend improved business practices, system functions and operational solutions.




- Plan and manage system‑related projects using appropriate project management methodologies, including scheduling, costing and resource allocation.
- Coordinate the implementation of functional solutions and prepare system test plans to ensure quality, reliability and system integrity.
- Prepare user guides, training materials and other system documentation, and provide formal training to users where required.
- Serve as a key point of reference for system projects by providing technical guidance, information and support during decision‑making processes.

Qualification & experience

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in related position.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
