The role

The Quality and Training Co-ordinator plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy, quality and capability of the Operations team. The position is primarily responsible for conducting training, maintaining training documentation and completing regular quality checks across operational team members.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with the Team Leader, the role ensures that training needs of the Operations team are continuously identified through ongoing quality review and competence assessment. Additionally,



the role will be responsible for training during onboarding for both Operations and other departments.

Operating with a high level of autonomy, the Quality and Training Coordinator contributes to a culture of quality, accuracy and continuous improvement by identifying themes, recommending training responses, and strengthening the team’s capability to perform core operational functions consistently and to a high standard.

The key focus initially, will be to review and update existing process documentation to provide a consistent and reliable source of information for the Operations team. The role will also be responsible for creating the quality and assurance processes, ensuring alignment with AFSL obligations.

About you

- Extensive training delivery and development experience within a financial services environment.

- Understanding of AFSL regulatory regime highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles within a financial services / call centre environment.

- A team player able to engage and translate technical principles into operational processes and influence quality outcomes.

- Experience using operational systems, databases, CRM platforms, or similar, with a high level of computer literacy.

- Strong organisational skills to maintain training schedules, documentation, and review workflows.
