Youwillberesponsibleformaintainingandrepairingawiderangeofmechanicalequipmenttoensuredailystationoperationsrunefficiently.Theroleoffersasupportiveteamenvironment,accommodationandmeals,andvisasponsorshipforeligibleoverseasapplicantsseekingalong-termcareeropportunityinAustralia.

Youwillberesponsibleformaintainingandrepairingawiderangeofmechanicalequipmenttoensuredailystationoperationsrunefficiently.Theroleoffersasupportiveteamenvironment,accommodationandmeals,andvisasponsorshipforeligibleoverseasapplicantsseekingalong-termcareeropportunityinAustralia.

Key Responsibilities

- Carryoutscheduledservicing,maintenance,andrepairsondieselvehicles,trucks,motorcycles,andstationmachinery
- Diagnosemechanicalfaultsandperformtimelyrepairstominimiseequipmentdowntime
- Respondpromptlytomechanicalbreakdownsandemergencycall-outs
- Operateworkshopequipmentandtoolssafelyandefficiently
- Maintainaccurateservicerecordsandmonitorpartsinventoryfortimelyreordering
- Ensurecommonlyusedsparepartsarekeptinstock
- Provideguidanceandbasictrainingtostationstaffonroutineequipmentinspectionsandservicing
- Followworkplacehealthandsafetyproceduresatalltimes




- Workindependentlyandcollaborativelyinaremoteworkingenvironment
- Assistinmaintainingthereliabilityandperformanceofthecompany'sfleetandequipment

Requirements & Eligibility

- TradequalificationinDieselMechanics,HeavyVehicleMechanics,orarelatedmechanicaltrade
- Minimumtwoyearsofrelevantpost-trademechanicalexperience
- Experiencemaintainingheavyvehicles,agricultural,mining,orstationequipmentishighlyregarded
- Strongmechanicaldiagnosticandfault-findingskills
- Abilitytosafelyoperatediagnosticandtestingequipment
- Currentdriver'slicenceequivalenttoanAustralianCClasslicence
- Motorcyclelicence,HRlicence,orMClicencewillbeadvantageous
- Abilitytoworkinremotelocationsandadapttovaryingworkconditions
- Strongproblem-solvingabilitiesandaproactiveapproachtomaintenance
- Goodcommunicationskillsandtheabilitytoworkeffectivelywithinateam
- Physicallyfitandcapableofworkinginhotanddemandingenvironmentalconditions
