We’re looking for motivated, high-performing Voice Pickers with Tugger experience to join a leading Australian hardware supplier at their busy Ravenhall Distribution Centre.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Voice picking orders accurately using a headset system
- Operating tuggers (electric pallet jacks – double pallets)
- Working to national engineered KPI standards
- Maintaining high pick rates and solid accuracy
- Supporting your team to keep operations running efficiently

What We’re Looking For

- Proven voice picking experience in a KPI-driven environment
- Tugger / electric pallet jack experience
- Counterbalance and High Reach Forklift Drivers
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed pick rate targets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit – lifting up to 20kg
- Reliable transport and strong punctuality
- Comfortable starting at 4:00AM and working up to 10-hour shifts
- A driven attitude and strong work ethic
