Job Description

Located at Shop 86, Smithfield Shopping Centre, Smithfield QLD 4878, Samba Bowl is a self-serve premium açaí and frozen yogurt business currently seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensuring customers receive prompt service and quality products
- Responding to customer enquiries and complaints regarding products and services
- Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties
- Assisting with interviewing, training, supervising, evaluating, and supporting staff performance
- Instructing staff on customer service procedures and handling complex customer enquiries
- Managing customer returns and determining appropriate action in accordance with company procedures
- Monitoring stock levels, conducting stocktakes, and ordering products and supplies
- Ensuring products are correctly priced, displayed, and presented




- Supervising the day-to-day operation of the store to ensure effective customer service
- Ensuring workplace health, safety, security, and hygiene procedures are implemented and maintained

About You

- At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Retail Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience supervising, training, and motivating staff in a fast-paced retail environment
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionallyExperience with stock control and inventory management
- Knowledge of workplace health, safety, security, and hygiene requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
