An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Recruitment Adviser to join a busy People & Culture team within the Victorian Public Sector.

This is a hands‑on, highly transactional recruitment role where you will manage recruitment activity across multiple portfolios, support hiring managers throughout the end‑to‑end recruitment process, and ensure recruitment workflows are completed accurately and within required timeframes. It is a 3 months VPS 4 contract role.

Working within a collaborative recruitment team, you will:

- Partner with hiring managers to provide recruitment advice and support.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including selection, contract generation and onboarding.
- Process recruitment workflows accurately and efficiently to support strong time‑to‑hire outcomes.
- Support managers to navigate recruitment processes, policies and requirements.
- Respond to a range of recruitment queries and requests while providing a high level of customer service.




- Maintain accurate recruitment records and HR system data.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across recruitment systems, processes and practices.

You will bring:

- Strong experience managing recruitment service delivery, including pre‑ and post‑onboarding activities within Vic Government – must have
- Experience managing recruitment across multiple portfolios.
- Robust stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors , particularly Recruitment and Onboarding modules – must have
- An understanding of the legislative and industrial frameworks applying within the Victorian Public Service.
