Your New Role

This is a delivery-focused role. All training content and materials have already been developed, allowing you to focus on facilitation, learner engagement, and knowledge transfer. You'll deliver training across:

- Leadership and operational roles
- Train-the-Trainer programs
- Supervisor and coordinator training
- Workforce capability initiatives

Training is delivered both face-to-face and virtually,



with group sizes typically up to 20 participants.

You’ll bring:

- Experience delivering training, learning or facilitation programs, including use of Learning Management Systems.
- LMS setting experience
- Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence delivering new and complex content
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to engage experienced participants and subject matter experts
- A proactive, adaptable and organised approach

Highly Regarded

- Electoral sector experience
- Government or public sector experience
- Operational, compliance or procedural training experience
- Virtual and classroom facilitation experience
