Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate production schedules, logistics, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery
Interpret architectural drawings and technical documents
Process orders and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Assist in project planning and communication between sales, production, and installation teams
Provide tailored product recommendations to meet client and project needs
Support continuous improvement in project workflow and customer satisfaction

About You:
Degree or background in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field




Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Solid communication and organizational skills
Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Familiarity with building materials, windows & doors, or construction projects is an advantage
