Our client is a growing Australian food manufacturer seeking an IntegratedSupply Planner to take end-to-end ownership of supply and order management for a major customer account.

This is a highly collaborative role sitting between the customer and internal supply chain teams, ensuring orders are processed accurately, stock is available and movements are coordinated through to delivery.

This is a highly collaborative role sitting between the customer and internal supply chain teams, ensuring orders are processed accurately, stock is available and movements are coordinated through to delivery.

The Role

You will manage the customer supply process from order receipt through to delivery, acting as the key point of contact for customer supply requirements and working closely with warehouses, planning and logistics teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure customer requirements can be fulfilled.
- Track orders and inventory end to end across the supply network.
- Coordinate stock movements and transfers to maintain customer service levels.
- Monitor order performance and proactively identify potential supply issues.
- Manage breakdowns and shortages,



coordinating recovery actions across warehouses and internal teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely supply data is available to support customer requirements.
- Communicate proactively with the customer regarding orders, availability, delays and recovery plans.
- Work closely with internal supply chain teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels.
- Support the transition to EDI and continued improvement of customer supply processes.

About You

You will ideally bring:

- Experience in customer supply, customer service, supply planning or replenishment within FMCG.
- Experience managing a major retail customer account is highly regarded.
- Previous VRP, CRP or RSP experience with major retailers such as Coles or Woolworths will be advantageous.
- Solid experience managing orders, stock availability and service levels end to end.
- Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing directly with customers.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving supply issues.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
