The Role

We are looking for a Pizza Maker or Pasta Cook who is able to work well in a fast-paced environment and values being a part of a supportive team while taking the greatest of care in looking after our guests. Your tasks include:

Prepare pizzas in an efficient and consistent manner in line with our quality and presentation standards

Stretching Dough by machine finishing it by hand.

Ensure the quality control

Cut, slice and grilled meats, seafood and vegetables as per our menu

Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards at all times

Correctly complete opening and closing duties if required.

Liaise with FOH and Kitchen Staff

Have an extremely high level of care with the food you produce,

Be reliable and punctual

Possess the ability to remain calm and work under pressure in a busy, fast-paced workplace

Able to follow recipes, as well as produce ideas having an eye for detail and a passion for making quality products is a must

This is a casual role. Full time positions are available for the right candidate.

Valid Australian working rights

Must be able to understand & speak English

Ability to work well under pressure

Immaculate presentation and attention to detail

A positive attitude to customer service and teamwork

Highly Organized with Excellent Attention to Details

Current Food Safety Certificate is a bonus,

Late afternoon/evenings and weekends availability
