Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Middle Eastern and Western breakfast dishes
Manage breakfast service efficiently and consistently
Prepare mise en place and maintain stock levels
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste
Follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
Keep kitchen and workstations clean and organised
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service

Requirements
Previous experience as a breakfast chef or cook
Knowledge of Middle Eastern breakfast items (e.g. manoush, eggs, labneh, foul, shakshouka, pastries) preferred
Ability to work independently and handle busy services
Robust time management and reliability
Food Safety Certificate (required)
