We're looking for a reliable prep chef and kitchen hand to support our kitchen across daily service and private functions.

The role
Prepare ingredients and components ahead of service (mise en place, salads, sandwiches, cakes, function platters)
Assist the chef during service with plating and basic cooking
Receive and store deliveries, rotate stock, check use-by dates
Maintain a clean, organised kitchen — dishwashing, benches, floors, bins
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

About you
Some kitchen experience preferred, but attitude matters more
Rapid, tidy and calm under pressure
Reliable and punctual — able to work early starts and weekends
Food Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain)
Full working rights in Australia

Pay: $26.44 – $30.00 per hour
