About the role: We're looking for a friendly, driven Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our Memory Block team in Cranbourne shopping centre, franchise. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and identifying sales opportunities to help our business grow.
What you'll do
Respond to customer enquiries at front
Provide product/service information and recommend solutions
Handle orders face to face
Maintain accurate records
What you'll bring
Must have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop: Basic editing skills
Solid communication and listening skills
A customer-first attitude with a sales mindset
Bonus: Retail experience or any sales experience
