Marble is growing, and we’re looking for a Venue Manager who genuinely wants to become part of what we’re building.

We don’t want someone who just wants to “manage a restaurant.”

We’re looking for someone who loves hospitality. Someone who notices the little things. Someone who gets excited about a beautiful service, a busy restaurant, a great team and creating the kind of experience that makes people want to come back.

Marble has been a huge labour of love for us. We’ve poured an enormous amount into creating something that feels different, and now we’re looking for the right person to take ownership of the venue and help us take it to the next level.

You’ll be leading the front of house team, setting the standard for service, helping develop our drinks and wine offering, training staff and making sure Marble feels just as special on a Tuesday night as it does when we’re completely full on a Saturday.

We want someone who brings ideas to the table. Someone who cares about the business, the team and the guest experience.



Someone who wants the freedom to make decisions and put their own stamp on a venue.

You’ll have the support of owners who are genuinely invested in the business and aren’t afraid to try new things.

What we’re looking for:
Robust restaurant or venue management experience A genuine love of food, wine, cocktails and hospitality A confident and warm leadership style High standards and serious attention to detail Someone who can build, train and motivate a great team Someone commercially minded who understands that excellent hospitality and a healthy business need to work together Most importantly, someone who actually cares

This is a full time leadership role with a market-competitive salary, autonomy and the opportunity to play a meaningful part in where Marble goes next.
