As our Care Manager,you will lead and manage our team to deliver exceptional care that promotesresident choice, dignity, and meaningful connections. You will ensurecompliance with aged care standards, oversee clinical quality improvements, andsupport the professional development of your team.

About your new role:

- Fosterresident-centred care which meets the physical, psychological, emotional,and spiritual needs of our residents,




- Collaboratewith healthcare professionals and families to optimise resident wellbeingand outcomes,
- Ensurecompliance with accreditation and quality standards,
- Workclosely with the Facility Manager and Clinical Services Manager (who you report to) in the leadership of our home.

What you bring?

As a Registered Nursewith AHPRA registration, you will have:

- Experiencein aged care and knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards,
- Demonstrated clinical and people leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor staff,
- Compassionate,hands-on leader with a commitment to resident wellbeing and clinicalexcellence,
- Ability to multitask with shifting priorities and work in a calm considered manner,
- Have solid verbal and written communication skills,
- Acurrent Criminal History Check or willingness to apply for a new one.
