Job Description – Live-in Disability Support Worker. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Live-in Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support to a female NDIS participant with complex care needs. The successful applicant will assist with personal care, medication support, meal preparation, shopping, light household duties, mobility, continence care, and escorting the participant to medical and community appointments. The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring the participant's wellbeing, and promoting her dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life. Roster: Live-in arrangement, Monday to Sunday, with 5 active support hours per day. ONLY FEMALE APPLICANTS PREFERED due to the participant's personal care requirements.

Pay: $26.44 – $57.04 per hour
