About the Role

This role is suited to Quantity Surveyors who enjoy analytical work and attention to detail, and who are looking to progress their skills and experience within a collaborative team environment, with opportunities to visit live projects and work directly with clients while receiving exceptional mentorship.

Responsibilities

- Work within a professional Quantity Surveying company environment in Australia.
- Apply working knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Undertake cost planning and budget preparation.
- Perform contract administration and tender analysis.
- Prepare tenders, contracts, and master documentation.
- Use specialist software packages such as CostX and Revit,



with good working knowledge of BIM.
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and engage with new technologies and software.
- Visit live projects and work directly with clients as required.

Qualifications

- Graduate with up to 3-5 years' experience within a professional Quantity Surveying company in Australia.
- Member of AIQS and currently undertaking the Assessment of Professional Competency program.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of local building codes and regulations is essential.
- Proficiency in cost planning, budget preparation, contract administration, tender analysis, and the preparation of tenders, contracts, and master documentation.
- Experience using specialist software packages such as CostX and Revit, with good working knowledge of BIM.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and a keen interest in new technologies and software.
- Full-time working rights in Australia.

- Experience working with Australian and global retail brands, as well as residential, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team to maintain a positive workplace atmosphere.
