Direct Sensitive is the premium, white-glove division of Direct Couriers, specialising in high-value, confidential and security-sensitive freight where there is no room for error.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of complex freight projects across Melbourne — from planning and coordination through to final delivery.

THE ROLE

This is more than moving freight — it’s managing the entire outcome.

You’ll:
Plan and coordinate complex, multi-leg freight projects
Ensure vehicles, drivers, equipment and locations are ready
Manage drivers and jobs in real time
Resolve issues quickly and keep projects on track
Keep customers and internal teams informed
Own each project through to completion and sign-off

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
3+ years’ Project Management experience, ideally in freight, logistics or a premium/sensitive workplace
Experience managing high-value or sensitive cargo and chain-of-custody requirements
Solid communication,



organisation and problem-solving skills
Confidence working in secured and restricted-access environments
Immaculate personal presentation
High level of accountability and attention to detail Full Australian working rights and ability to pass a National Police Check
Willingness to undergo ongoing background verification where required
