Baia The Italian, a renowned waterfront establishment in Darling Harbour, Sydney, invites energetic individuals to join our team as Guest Experience Specialists. Nestled in the heart of Darling Harbour, Baia is celebrated for its exquisite cuisine inspired by the rich flavors of Southern Europe, particularly Italian culinary traditions. With an extensive menu complemented by a curated selection of premium wines from around the world, Baia The Italian provides the perfect setting for work lunches, social gatherings, and romantic dinners.

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the position of hostess on casual shifts, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays. We have additional shift for the right candidate also during the week.

Expect hours - min 10h/w - max 25h/w

Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
Collaborate with fellow hospitality team members to uphold high standards of service quality.




Efficiently manage booking allocations, escort guests to their seats, and handle payment transactions.
Address customer queries and offer knowledgeable advice to enhance their dining experience.
