About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor for various projects across Wodonga, Yarra Valley & High Country VIC

Key Responsibilities
Program and coordinate site activities to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
Manage site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
Monitor daily targets and required production rates for site activities.
Manage project resources and maintain accurate daily site records and reporting.
Ensure works are completed in accordance with approved quality plans, ITPs, specifications, and project requirements.
Champion Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements to promote a robust safety culture.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Experience working within a structured project team workplace.
Previous Supervisor or Leading Hand experience.
Strong commitment to safe work practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust time management and organizational skills.
Current White Card.
Demonstrated knowledge of civil construction, civil infrastructure,



and building projects, including:

Technical Experience
Utility works including water, sewer, stormwater, underground electrical installations, and trenching works.
Earthworks and operation of earthmoving equipment (relevant tickets/licenses preferred).
Pavement construction.
Concrete works including formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement, and concrete repair.
