Looking for a head baker to lead bread and pastry program across two venues. The first venue is a regional destination fine diner requiring detailed and accurate work, working closely with the executive chef to develop a world class bread program involving milling organic grains on site to create unique and inventive techniques and recipes with bread as well as pastries such as croissants to the highest level. The second venue, Saddles is a high volume kitchen requiring consistent high quality breads, pastries and other baked valuable. This role would be prefect for a industry skilled looking to collabaritively develop something truly unique and working in a dynamic environment with positive workplace culture.
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
