About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Transport Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing transport business.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for ensuring our fleet, drivers and transport operations run safely, efficiently and reliably. You will work closely with drivers, customers and management to maintain a high standard of service and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the day-to-day transport operations
Plan and allocate work, drivers and vehicles efficiently
Manage and support a team of drivers
Monitor fleet utilisation, maintenance and vehicle availability
Ensure all transport activities comply with NHVR, Chain of Responsibility and workplace safety requirements
Communicate with customers regarding bookings,



deliveries and operational requirements

About You

We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in transport, logistics or fleet management
Has solid leadership and people-management skills
Has experience managing drivers and a commercial vehicle fleet
Understands Australian transport regulations and Chain of Responsibility
Is organised and able to manage multiple priorities
