Bakers Delight Nepean Square, Penrith is looking for an Assistant / Apprentice Baker to join our production team

To be successful in this role you will need:
Have positive attitude.
Take initiative, listen to feedback
Hardworking, be ready to start at 2am.
Be reliable and a team player.
Learn all aspects of bread production.
Bake products in accordance with the Recipe Book.
Follow the production sheet as set by the Production Manager.
Follow all instructions from the Production Manager, Bakery Manager and trainer. Maintain cleanliness.
Rotate raw ingredient stock and put away stock deliveries.
Communicate to Production Manager or Bakery Manager for any assistance and/or training required.
Provide support to the bakery team as required.
Maintain Baker's Dress Code and personal hygiene according to FSP.
Maintain a healthy and protected working setting in the bakery.
Ad Hoc Duties




Undertaking other additional duties, tasks and project work as reasonably directed.
Completing trainings and tasks within deadlines set

Required to:
Operate baking machinery
Operate bread slicer
Use cleaning chemical products

By joining Bakers Delight, you will have your hands on baking from day one. By learning art and science of baking, you will learn to produce quality products to meet customer demands.

Job Types: Part time, Casual, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: Up to $80.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
Penrith NSW 2750: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
