Requirements
We are seeking a relief cook/kitchen hand to join our small community team.
Job Description:
Food preparation and cooking
Stock rotation and control
Kitchen cleaning and sanitizing
Work as part of a small team
You must:
Have a passion for food and cooking
Be confident in the kitchen
Be available to work Friday and Saturday evenings, with the potential to do some prep during the week.
Have good understanding of food safety
Have a Food Handler Basics certificate, but a NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate would be desirable
Have Bistro A la carte experience
Have good understanding of portion control
Have good attention to detail
Have valuable communication skills
Award wages paid
Job Types: Part time, Casual, Permanent
Pay: From $34.00 per hour
