You’ll lead the team across busy services, keep gaming and venue operations running smoothly, and create a welcoming experience for guests. We’re looking for a confident leader who communicates well, supports their team and is comfortable making decisions on shift.

What you’ll bring




At least two years’ experience as a Duty Manager or supervisor in a pub
Strong gaming venue experience
Confidence coaching staff and managing performance
Experience with cash handling, banking and closing procedures
Availability to work nights and weekends
RMLV and an Approved Manager licence
