Job Title : ICT Customer Support

n

Salary : 60-65K AUD

n

Location - Alice Springs, Northern Territory, Australia.

n

Tasks and Responsibilities:

n

determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems

n

responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems

n

adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements

n

installing and downloading appropriate software

n

ensuring productive use of applications and equipment

n

implementing computer networks

n

designing and maintaining websites

n

repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems

n

may work in a call centre

n
nRequirements n





AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma

n

At least three years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification

n

Experience in telephone-based IT Support/operations

n

Solid communication and customer service skill

n

Relevant Industry certifications would be highly regarded

n

Ability to resolve issues as they arise and provide effective solutions

n
