Care Pivot is seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to provide care and support in the following areas:
Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
Autism Spectrum Disorder
Mental Health
Stroke
Participants with mobility issues

Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support for participants with behaviors of concern.
Assist participants in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
Minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health or equivalent relevant experience.
Proven experience working with participants with acquired brain injuries.
Ability to work long support hours (6–10 hours per shift).
Availability to work inactive night shifts, weekdays, and weekends.
A valid driver's license.
Fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Pay Rates

SCHADS Award - Social and Community Services / Disability Services

Classification - Level 1 Point 1

Pay: $34.44 – $75.76 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
