- · Take responsibility for the day-to-day operational performance of the NDD business.
- · Coordinate all field activities to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.
- · Review the daily and weekly workload and ensure appropriate resources are allocated.
- · Coordinate NDD trucks, operators, equipment and other resources.
- · Ensure operators have all relevant job information before attending site.
- · Monitor job progress throughout the day including site visits to each job and ensuring operators adhering to VAP high standards.
- · Respond to operational issues, delays, breakdowns and changes in customer requirements.
- · Make decisions regarding operational priorities and resource allocation.
- · Maintain effective communication between management, office staff, supervisors, operators and customers.
- · Ensure operational issues are identified and resolved promptly.
