I required handywork with an overhead cupboard to fix a panel as one of the hinge has fallen, and tightening other hinges; and one under the sink conrner/double panel hinge is broken to fix. A shower head's holding grip is broken, I bought one in bunning but not sure if will fit looks alike though. Happy to see your quote. Note- the property is tenanted and needs information to tenant by real estate before visit. Thanks
