Workshop/ Pre-Delivery Coordinator

We currently have a vacancy for a Pre-delivery Coordinator at Perth (Kenwick) Branch and are looking to employ a bright, enthusiastic, well-presented and capable person to undertake the responsibility or running and improving the pre-delivery department.

Duties include:

· Leadership of the pre-delivery team which consists of technicians, TA’s and Contractors.

· Job scheduling and invoicing.





· Productivity and efficiency management.

· Development and implementation of various improvement initiatives.

· General admin and workshop management duties.

· Quality control of work conducted.

· This is a Temporary Maternity Leave Position.

The successful candidate should possess required technical skills, well developed computer skills, attention to detail mature and qualified work approach. Most importantly the candidate must have a passion for ongoing improvement and achieving excellent results.

Experience in a similar position and within the industry will be an advantage.
