Key Responsibilities

For Senior / Qualified Technicians:




Independently manage full repair jobs from start to finish
Use measuring and pulling systems for structural realignment
Weld and fabricate panels as required
Supervise apprentices and contribute to training
Ensure high quality standards and meet insurance requirements
Liaise with assessors or customers when neede

Skill & Experience

Qualified / Senior Panel Beaters:
Trade qualification (Cert III Automotive Body Repair or equivalent)
Solid experience in smash repairs, panel alignment, and welding
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently or lead others
Valid Australian driver’s licence
