This is a role for a Client Service Manager who is comfortable working right across the advice process. Our clients have a big focus on culture as they do enjoy regular team events, lunches together, and a very supportive approach towards learning and internal development.

You will ensure the smooth delivery of holistic advice services across a high-quality client base of clients ranging between wealth accumulators, pre-retirees and more.

Responsibilities
Act as a key point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, advice implementation, and ongoing service
Work closely with the lead adviser
Liaise with wrap platforms, margin lenders, super funds,



fund managers, insurers, and share registries.
Manage and coordinate documentation, compliance requirements, and client records
Support Financial Advisers with client meeting preparation, file notes, and follow-up actions
Drive continuous improvement in team processes and service delivery standard

Experience
3+ years' experience in Financial Planning
Experience with implementation of advice and using platforms
Salesforce and XPLAN experience is highly regarded
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace
