Pizza Shop Manager / Business Operator – Sub-Lease Prospect

Location: Trafalgar, VICBusiness: Established Pizza & Pasta Takeaway

We are looking for a motivated and experienced person to take over the day-to-day operation of an established pizza and pasta takeaway business in Trafalgar.

This is not a traditional employee position. It is an prospect for someone who wants to operate and manage their own small takeaway business without having to purchase the business outright.

Arrangement The operator will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business and all operating expenses, including:
Rent and bills
Staff wages
Food and stock purchases
Utilities
Insurance and other business expenses
Cleaning and general operating costs
Managing orders,



suppliers and staff

The operator will pay the owner $500 per week under the agreed arrangement. Any remaining profit after expenses belongs to the operator.

We Are Looking For
Previous pizza, restaurant, takeaway or hospitality management experience preferred
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to manage staff and rosters
Valuable understanding of food costs and stock control
Ability to handle suppliers, bills and daily operations
Customer-service focused
Someone who is genuinely interested in running and growing a small business

Significant This opportunity is best suited to someone who wants to run their own business and take responsibility for the operation, rather than someone looking for a standard hourly-paid job.

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
