Position: Residential Manager

Location: Canberra, ACT

Employment Type: Full-time, in office.

Remuneration: up to $165,000 + Super (DOE)

About The Role

The Residential Manager will oversee the daily operations of an aged care facility (80 beds), ensuring high-quality care and services for all residents. This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals, implementing service improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the facility.

Key Responsibilities
Managing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance
Maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction




Leading and supporting staff development and training initiatives
Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the community

The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a strong commitment to aged care excellence.

They Will Possess
Qualifications: AHPRA registration
Experience: Prior experience in aged care management
Skills: Robust leadership, financial management, and communication abilities
