About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you will be a hands-on leader supporting day-to-day kitchen operations, food preparation and service across our restaurant, groups, functions and events.
This is a great opportunity for a chef looking to take the next step in their career and develop their leadership skills in a high-volume environment.
About You
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen
Strong food preparation and presentation skills
Positive communication and leadership skills
Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
Solid focus on food quality, consistency and hygiene
Available to work mornings, evenings and weekends
