About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Field Operations Team. You will bridge the gap between our clients and the development team, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, well-documented and translated into actionable work. This is a critical role that directly impacts the quality and efficiency of our delivery pipeline, and you will work across a range of client engagements in the financial services space.

What you’ll do

- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct workshops, interviews and process-mapping sessions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the development team.
- Support quality assurance by defining test scenarios and participating in UAT.
- Collaborate with Implementation Officers to ensure smooth deployment and handover.
- Maintain comprehensive requirements documentation and process flows.
- You'll be trained end-to-end on the Capital Platform; configeration, system functions, and support functions

What we’re looking for





- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or technology setting.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation and stakeholder management.
- Experience writing user stories and functional specifications.
- Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar platforms.

Nice to have

- Experience in financial services or fintech.
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis.
- Experience with data migration or system implementation projects.
- Formal BA qualifications (CBAP, CCBA or similar).
