The Living Company is seeking an FP&A; Analyst within Group Commercial Finance to support planning, forecasting and reporting across our student living, rent to live and retirement living platforms - owning the analytical layer behind the group's management company numbers.
Day-to-day you will build revenue and cost models, prepare budgets and forecasts, run scenario analyses and deliver Power BI dashboards. Solid Excel, Power BI and accounting knowledge are valued.
