We are looking for a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in Croydon. You will lead a team of practitioners and work with clients to develop and implement behaviour support plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop behaviour support plans.
- Provide training and support to families and staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in Behaviour Support or Psychology.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
