TEMPORARY RECEPTIONIST | PERTH CBD | $38 PER HOUR + SUPER

We are currently seeking a polished and personable Receptionist to join a well-established corporate organisation based in the Perth CBD.

This is an urgent temporary requirement for someone who is immediately available and looking to secure consistent work within a skilled corporate environment.

As the first point of contact for the organisation, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients, visitors and staff. You'll be joining a friendly and professional team and will be well supported in the role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a reception area and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls
• Managing general enquiries and directing visitors to the appropriate team members
• Coordinating meeting rooms and assisting with meeting room bookings
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Providing general administration and office support as required
• Assisting with maintaining a qualified and organised front-of-house environment




• Supporting the wider office team with ad hoc administrative tasks

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone who is confident, approachable and enjoys being the face of a skilled organisation.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in reception, front-of-house, administration, hospitality or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A polished and professional presentation
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to confidently manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
• A friendly and proactive approach
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

Perth CBD
$38 per hour + superannuation
Temporary position | Duration: Ongoing
Regular office hours
Fully office based, Monday to Friday
Immediate start / urgent requirement
